The Aliante Story

Aliante is the new community by North Valley Enterprises, LLC, an affiliate of
American Nevada Company and Del Webb Communities Inc. Nestled among the
majestic landscape where the desert meets the foothills of the Sheep Mountain
Range, Aliante offers residents quality design, amenities, architecture and master
planned living. It is the first true master planned community in this part of the
valley and rivals all other master planned communities in the greater Las Vegas
metropolitan area. Aliante marries the best innovations of both American
Nevada Company and Del Webb Communities who have collectively developed
more than 40,000 home sites, comprising some of Southern Nevada's most
popular and successful master planned communities.

With 428 acres of land (approximately 22% of the entire acreage) dedicated to
recreational and public use, Aliante provides the perfect backdrop for an active
